I am very frustrated with the additional charge for shipping, especially when I'm asked if I mind paying the extra. Yes, I do mind. Your system should be set up so that all fees including additional shipping is totaled the first time, allowing the customer to make the choice at the time rather than after the fact. Please change your system to more accurately assess fees. From SuperGiftPlace: Thank you for your order. We are trying our best to keep our shipping cost as low as possible. Ordered bridal serving set and paid to have engraved. The engraving is extremely faint. Call customer service to discuss my dissatisfaction and they offered me a $5 Starbuck gift card---saying that there is nothing that they can do. Although the item I ordered is beautiful, I would not recommend having anything engrave through will not be happy with the outcome. From SuperGiftPlace: The cake server set itself is thin and our personalization department can't cut too deep into it. There is nothing wrong with it just the cut is shallow due to the nature of the product itself.
